Job Description
We are seeking a Business Process Analyst (Voice – Collections) with experience in bank collections (inbound & outbound calling). The ideal candidate will have strong communication, analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills to assist customers with delinquent accounts while ensuring compliance with collections regulations.

Required Experience
2+ years of experience in Collections, Customer Service, Sales, Account Management, Banking, Education, or Counseling.
Hands-on experience in Bank Collections (Inbound & Outbound Calling).
Proven ability to analyze delinquent accounts, identify root causes, and develop effective collection strategies.
Experience negotiating payment arrangements while maintaining customer relationships.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.
Proficiency with Windows-based applications and the ability to quickly learn new systems.
High School Diploma or GED required.

Key Responsibilities
Handle 100% voice-based inbound and outbound collection calls.
Understand customers' financial situations and provide appropriate payment solutions.
Analyze delinquent accounts and recommend effective resolution strategies.
Negotiate payment plans while adhering to company policies and collections regulations.
Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions and collection activities.
Complete account verification and account maintenance with high accuracy.
Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal collections regulations.
Meet productivity and quality metrics in a fast-paced collections environment.
