About The Role

We're looking for Business Performance Analysts to lead and mentor teams of analysts creating high-quality, business-focused content that trains the next generation of AI models.
This is a fully remote, flexible contract role built for experienced business professionals who excel at both analytical thinking and people leadership. No prior AI experience required — your expertise in business analysis, consulting, or related domains is what matters most.

What You'll Do
- Lead and mentor a team of Business Analysts and Content Specialists producing business-focused AI training content
- Allocate tasks, manage workflows, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality outputs
- Conduct quality assurance reviews and continuously refine team processes for greater efficiency
- Provide structured performance feedback, coaching, and professional development to team members
- Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, delivering regular progress updates
- Guide the creation of case studies, business scenarios, and structured analytical content across domains including finance, policy, e-commerce, and operations
- Ensure all content is accurate, logically sound, and aligned with project objectives
Who You Are
- Experienced leader with 2+ years of team management — you know how to motivate, develop, and hold people accountable
- 3–6 years of experience in business analysis, management consulting, content strategy, or domain-focused project work
- Strong analytical and research capabilities — you can evaluate complex business scenarios with precision
- Clear, confident communicator who can translate complex ideas into actionable feedback
- Creative and lateral thinker who approaches problems from multiple angles
- Detail-oriented and quality-driven, with a consistent and methodical working style
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Statistics, or a related field — or equivalent practical experience
- No prior AI or machine learning experience required
Nice to Have
- Master's degree or MBA in a business or quantitative discipline
- Experience with data annotation, quality evaluation, or structured content review
- Background in case study writing, academic research, or analytical content production
- Familiarity with AI tools or large language model evaluation workflows
