Business Operations & Analytics Manager – What You'll Do

• Develop executive dashboards, reports, and business insights to support operational decision-making.
• Coordinate strategic projects, executive meetings, and key organizational initiatives.
• Monitor project timelines, priorities, and follow-up actions to ensure successful execution.
• Partner with operational leaders to improve communication, reporting, and overall efficiency.
• Support budgeting, financial reporting, and other executive business initiatives.

Business Operations & Analytics Manager – What We're Looking For

• Three or more years of experience in hospitality operations, executive support, business analytics, or project coordination.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Word.
• Experience with hospitality systems (Opera, Delphi, Toast, CRM platforms) and modern AI tools such as ChatGPT or Claude is preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field
