Business Operations Analyst Senior

LHH is seeking Business Operations Analyst Senior in McLean, VA (Onsite).

• Job Title: Business Operations Analyst Senior
• Job Location: McLean, VA (Onsite)
• Duration: 6 Months (Multiple possible extensions)
• Pay Range: $55- $65/Hour

Job Description:

• Ensure application and process resiliency by addressing production issues during assigned shifts (non-business hours when assigned)
• Address user inquiries in a timely manner
• Provide requirement for and/or assist with the development of Mercury Plus’s ICM and FAS forecasting engines
• Support the calculation of impacts associated with future model deployments
• Support the E2E testing of all engines within Mercury Plus
• Troubleshoot application related issues in both production and when needed in lower environments
• Communicate performance patterns and trends to stakeholders
• Support environment related maintenance and management
• Develop automated tools to assist with core responsibilities mentioned above
• Assist with the Project Management tasks for the ICM and FAS forecasting engines

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of work experience.
• Proven experience with analytical tools: SQL, Python, Excel, and similar
• Good knowledge of Fixed Income and/or Finance Analytics
• Ability to analyze large datasets
• Ability to work on weekends and evenings for one week a month is necessary.
• Experience in interfacing with and/or supporting mission-critical applications or tasks
• Bachelor’s/master’s degree in computer science, mathematics, statistics, economics, or other quantitative field
• Experience with JIRA, particularly creating dashboards and tickets along with their maintenance
