- Manage defect triage and resolution follow-up by coordinating with business users, IT owners, integration teams, suppliers, and project leadership to ensure timely closure of critical blockers.
- Maintain accurate readiness trackers, testing dashboards, RAID logs, issue lists, decision records, and executive-level status inputs for program governance reviews.
- Ensure Spares requirements are represented in integration planning, data conversion reviews, process design discussions, supplier onboarding plans, cutover checkpoints, and go/no-go readiness assessments.
- Identify risks, dependencies, resource constraints, and schedule conflicts created by overlapping L2C phases; escalate gaps early with clear business impact and recommended mitigation actions.
- Support cutover planning by validating open issue disposition, supplier readiness status, test completion evidence, business sign-off needs, and hypercare entry criteria.
- Provide hypercare support after go-live by tracking production issues, coordinating escalations, monitoring supplier transaction stability, and supporting rapid resolution of business-critical incidents.
- Prepare concise communications, meeting updates, and leadership-ready summaries that clearly show testing progress, onboarding readiness, unresolved risks, and key decisions needed.
- Drive disciplined execution across workstreams by reinforcing ownership, due dates, dependency management, and closure expectations for testing, onboarding, and readiness activities.
