  • Job Description Summary
  • Will provide dedicated systems analysis, testing, and supplier onboarding support for Phase 4 Spares within the broader L2C (Lead to Cash) integration program. This role will coordinate test readiness, validate supplier and transactional data, support defect resolution, and ensure Spares-specific requirements are fully represented across overlapping integration phases. The position is critical to maintaining execution discipline, reducing go-live risk, and supporting business continuity for Spares fulfillment and supplier operations.
  • Responsibilities:
  • Lead systems analysis support for Phase 4 Spares integration activities, ensuring business requirements, system impacts, dependencies, and readiness needs are clearly documented and aligned across overlapping L2C integration phases.
  • Develop, maintain, and coordinate Spares-specific testing scope, test scenarios, test scripts, test data requirements, execution plans, and daily testing status updates.
  • Support system integration testing, user acceptance testing, regression testing, supplier transaction testing, and end-to-end validation of critical Spares workflows.
  • Partner with business process owners, IT, supplier enablement, planning, logistics, order management, service parts, and finance stakeholders to validate cross-functional process flows and handoffs.
  • Coordinate supplier onboarding readiness, including supplier master data validation, connectivity requirements, transaction setup, testing coordination, issue resolution, and go-live preparedness.
  • Analyze system defects, failed transactions, data mismatches, workflow errors, and process gaps; document root cause, operational impact, workaround options, and recommended remediation path.
  • Manage defect triage and resolution follow-up by coordinating with business users, IT owners, integration teams, suppliers, and project leadership to ensure timely closure of critical blockers.
  • Maintain accurate readiness trackers, testing dashboards, RAID logs, issue lists, decision records, and executive-level status inputs for program governance reviews.
  • Ensure Spares requirements are represented in integration planning, data conversion reviews, process design discussions, supplier onboarding plans, cutover checkpoints, and go/no-go readiness assessments.
  • Identify risks, dependencies, resource constraints, and schedule conflicts created by overlapping L2C phases; escalate gaps early with clear business impact and recommended mitigation actions.
  • Support cutover planning by validating open issue disposition, supplier readiness status, test completion evidence, business sign-off needs, and hypercare entry criteria.
  • Provide hypercare support after go-live by tracking production issues, coordinating escalations, monitoring supplier transaction stability, and supporting rapid resolution of business-critical incidents.
  • Prepare concise communications, meeting updates, and leadership-ready summaries that clearly show testing progress, onboarding readiness, unresolved risks, and key decisions needed.
  • Drive disciplined execution across workstreams by reinforcing ownership, due dates, dependency management, and closure expectations for testing, onboarding, and readiness activities.
  • Education and Experience Required:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Information Systems, Engineering, Operations, or a related discipline; equivalent combination of education and relevant experience may be considered.
  • Minimum of 3 to +5 years of experience supporting supply chain systems, ERP/business applications, integration testing, supplier onboarding, service parts, logistics, planning, or operations execution.
  • Demonstrated experience supporting system integration testing, user acceptance testing, regression testing, defect management, and business readiness activities in complex program environments.
  • Experience translating business requirements into test scenarios, data validation needs, process documentation, issue logs, and actionable remediation plans.
  • Working knowledge of supply chain transactional processes such as order management, fulfillment, inventory, supplier collaboration, service parts, spares, logistics, or reverse logistics.
  • Proven ability to work with cross-functional business and IT stakeholders, manage competing priorities, communicate risks clearly, and support execution across overlapping project phases.
  • Proficiency in MS Suite - Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint, Access.
  • Knowledge and Skills:
  • Strong knowledge of supply chain systems and transactional workflows supporting Spares, service parts, supplier collaboration, order management, fulfillment, inventory, logistics, or related operations.
  • Hands-on experience with systems analysis, requirements clarification, process documentation, test planning, test execution, and business readiness validation.
  • Ability to develop and manage test scenarios, test scripts, test data requirements, execution trackers, defect logs, and readiness dashboards.
  • Working knowledge of supplier onboarding activities, including supplier master data validation, connectivity setup, transaction testing, onboarding issue resolution, and go-live readiness.
  • Strong analytical skills to identify data gaps, system defects, transaction failures, process breakdowns, and integration dependencies across cross-functional workstreams.
  • Ability to document root cause, business impact, remediation options, ownership, due dates, and escalation needs in a clear and actionable manner.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively across business users, IT teams, supplier enablement teams, project managers, and leadership stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities, drive closure, escalate risks early, and maintain execution discipline in a fast-paced integration environment with overlapping phases.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and collaboration/tracking tools used for testing, issue management, reporting, and program governance
  • Additional Qualifications
  • Experience with L2C (Lead to Cash) , service parts, Spares, reverse logistics, supplier onboarding, or post-merger/integration programs.
