Business Intelligence / Tableau Administrator

An experienced professional with 5 or more years of prior experience demonstrating the following knowledge and skills:

About the Role

Experience with Tableau Cloud administration and support. Experience with Salesforce objects, fields, relationships, and the impact of different design decisions. Ability to apply best practices.

Responsibilities

• Experience with dashboards and supporting enterprise reporting and analytics platforms.
• Strong SQL skills and experience working with Azure SQL Database or similar relational databases.
• Experience with user management including new user setup, user deactivation, roles, profiles, permission sets, sharing rules and other routine tasks.
• Critical thinking and problem solving around issues such as user access, declarative logic, business requests, Environment management, and backup solutions.
• Comfortable engaging and escalating issues to Salesforce.
• Must be very organized, pro-active and self-directed.
• Must be self-starter and driven.
• Must Drive the work from requirements to implementation.
• Must have very strong abstract thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Must have very good verbal and written communication skills.
• Work on all phases of SDLC and create/maintain required technical documentation.
• Work with the Salesforce Architect to establish best practices.
• Work with management to supply input for key design and architecture decisions, as well as work estimation and resource planning.
• Provide guidance and training to team members.

Qualifications

• Additional Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Azure Data Factory (ADF).
• Experience with MuleSoft Runtime Fabric (RTF) or MuleSoft integrations.
• Experience working with Salesforce data and reporting environments.
• Microsoft Azure experience.
