- Job Title: Power BI Developer
- Location: Fort Worth, TX
- Pay: $100,000 – $120,000 / year 7% Bonus Eligible
- Work Schedule: Hybrid (3 days onsite, Tuesday–Thursday)

Job Description:
The Power BI Developer will play a key role in supporting analytics initiatives by working closely with business partners to gather requirements, analyze data, and deliver insights. This individual will bridge the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders, transforming complex datasets into meaningful, actionable recommendations through reporting and visualization tools.
Key Responsibilities:
- - Collaborate with internal teams to define reporting and analytics needs
- - Extract and analyze data from enterprise systems and databases
- - Translate analytical findings into clear, business-focused insights and presentations
- - Support ongoing analytics initiatives and contribute to strategic data projects
- - Identify data quality issues and partner with teams to improve data integrity
- - Assist in defining key performance indicators (KPIs) and tracking business outcomes
- - Work cross-functionally with IT, development, and leadership teams
Qualifications:
- - Proficiency with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, or similar platforms
- - 3–7 years of experience in business analytics, data analysis, or similar roles
- - Strong SQL skills (experience with T-SQL or similar preferred)
- - Experience working with large datasets in enterprise environments
- - Advanced Microsoft Excel capabilities, including modeling and data analysis
- - Strong communication skills with the ability to present technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- - Demonstrated analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving ability
- - Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- - Familiarity with data modeling concepts and version control tools (e.g., Git)
Additional Details:
- - Experience within financial services or a regulated industry is a plus
- - Exposure to core banking systems or financial data platforms is advantageous
- - Knowledge of additional BI/reporting tools is beneficial
- - Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree (MBA or MS) is a plus
- - Relevant certifications (e.g., Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, Tableau) are preferred or expected within the first 90 days of employment
