We are currently seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst to join our data and analytics team in the United States.

Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain BI dashboards and reporting systems
Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and business insights
Work closely with business stakeholders to understand reporting requirements
Develop KPIs and performance metrics to support strategic decision-making
Build and optimize data models and ETL processes
Create visualizations using BI tools to communicate insights clearly
Support data-driven decision-making across departments
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
Strong proficiency in SQL and Excel
Experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar platforms
Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and data modeling
Familiarity with Python or R is an advantage
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
Good communication and stakeholder management abilities
