- Role Description The Writer role is a full-time, on-site position based in the Dallas–Fort Worth Metroplex. This role is responsible for developing clear, compelling written content that communicates Trintech’s value proposition, product capabilities, and thought leadership to finance and technology audiences. Day-to-day tasks include researching industry trends, collaborating with subject matter experts, and drafting content such as articles, blogs, case studies, web copy, and marketing collateral. The Writer will revise and edit materials for accuracy, consistency, and brand voice, while ensuring content aligns with strategic messaging and business goals. This position also involves coordinating with marketing, product, and sales teams to support campaigns, events, and customer communications, and managing deadlines across multiple simultaneous projects.
- Qualifications
- Strong writing and editing skills, including experience creating clear, audience-focused content for business or technology topics.
- Ability to research complex financial and AI-related concepts and translate them into accessible, engaging narratives.
- Experience producing content for multiple formats (such as web pages, blogs, white papers, case studies, and presentations).
- Skill in maintaining a consistent brand voice and messaging across different channels and materials.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities, with a track record of meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfort collaborating with cross-functional teams and gathering input from stakeholders to refine content.
- Proficiency with common content and collaboration tools (for example, word processing, CMS platforms, and project management software).
- Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Knowledge of finance, accounting processes, or SaaS/AI technology is beneficial, along with interest in learning about autonomous finance.
