  • Role Description The Writer role is a full-time, on-site position based in Madurai, focused on creating clear and accurate documentation that supports quality control and quality assurance activities. Day-to-day responsibilities include drafting, revising, and maintaining process documents, standard operating procedures, reports, and guidelines related to testing, inspections, and compliance. The Writer collaborates with quality, production, and management teams to gather information, verify details, and ensure that all written materials are consistent with established standards and policies. The role also involves organizing content for easy reference, updating documents when procedures change, and helping ensure that communication around quality initiatives is concise and accessible. Attention to detail, strong organization, and the ability to work closely with technical and non-technical stakeholders are essential.
  • Qualifications
  • Ability to create structured, accurate documentation, including processes, reports, and standard operating procedures.
  • Strong written communication skills, with a focus on clarity, consistency, and adherence to organizational guidelines.
  • Capability to understand and interpret technical or process-related information and translate it into accessible content.
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management to handle multiple documents and deadlines.
  • Comfort collaborating with cross-functional teams and gathering information from subject matter experts.
  • Proficiency with common office and documentation tools (e.g., word processing, spreadsheets, shared document platforms).
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as English, Communications, Technical Writing, Science, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Prior experience in quality control, quality assurance, or a regulated environment is an advantage but not required.
