We are seeking a Reporting Analyst to join a growing team in Westlake, TX. This is a highly visible analytics role responsible for turning data from multiple systems into clear, actionable reporting that supports business strategy, partner performance, and executive decision-making.
The ideal candidate is a technically strong analyst who enjoys working with SQL, Power BI, large datasets, and data quality while also being comfortable partnering with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

What You'll Do
Build and maintain performance dashboards using Power BI, Snowflake, or similar BI tools
Develop recurring weekly and monthly performance reporting
Create executive-level reporting around KPIs, trends, and business performance
Analyze lead quality, conversion rates, funnel performance, and other key metrics
Identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities within large datasets
Validate data accuracy and troubleshoot reporting discrepancies
Work with data pipelines, CRM systems, and other integrated business systems
Automate recurring reports and improve reporting efficiency
Provide ad hoc analysis for business reviews and executive presentations
Maintain documentation around reporting logic, data sources, and processes
Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure reporting is accurate, timely, and actionable

What We're Looking For
Experience in reporting, analytics, business intelligence, or data analysis
Strong SQL skills and experience working with large datasets
Experience with Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or a similar BI platform
Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and data modeling
Experience building polished, stakeholder-ready dashboards and reports
Strong attention to detail and data validation skills
Ability to communicate analytical findings to non-technical audiences
Highly organized and comfortable managing recurring reporting deadlines
