Role Description This full-time, on-site Writer role is based in Kottayam and supports the company’s communication and documentation needs. The Writer will develop clear written materials such as product descriptions, promotional content, internal notices, and basic marketing copy tailored to local customers. Daily responsibilities include drafting and revising text, organizing information provided by management, ensuring accuracy and consistency across documents, and maintaining a simple content archive. The role may also involve collaborating with store and office teams to capture updates, prepare announcements, and support customer-facing communications in line with the company’s brand and values.
Qualifications
Strong writing skills in English, with the ability to produce clear, accurate, and audience-appropriate content.
Basic editing and proofreading skills to review documents for grammar, clarity, and consistency.
Ability to organize information, follow guidelines, and manage multiple pieces of content at once.
Good communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with store and office staff.
Comfort working on-site in Kottayam, with reliability in attendance for a full-time schedule.
Familiarity with retail environments or customer-facing businesses is an advantage.
Proficiency with common office software (e.g., word processing tools) and basic digital file management.
Completion of secondary education; a diploma or degree in communications, English, or a related field is a plus.
