Business Intelligence Analyst

They are seeking a skilled professional to join one of their key clients, a prominent organization known for its cutting-edge solutions and dynamic work environment.

The Role

• Manage operational processes, coordinate with stakeholders, and track deliverables to ensure smooth program execution
• Analyze business data to identify trends, risks, discrepancies, and opportunities for improvement
• Prepare recurring reports, executive summaries, and status updates for leadership and program stakeholders
• Monitor operational metrics, project milestones, and delivery status across multiple programs
• Maintain and update operational trackers, dashboards, documentation, and business records
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency through process optimization, standardization, and automation

What You'll Need

• 2-4 years of experience in business operations, data analysis, or a related field
• Proven ability to manage operational processes, business workflows, and project deliverables
• Strong experience using Excel and reporting tools for business data analysis and KPI tracking
• Experience maintaining operational dashboards, reports, and business metrics
• Demonstrated ability to document processes, develop SOPs, and streamline manual workflows
• Experience with project coordination, risk tracking, or vendor management is a plus
