  • Essential Job Functions
  • With or without reasonable accommodation, the successful candidate will:
  • • Forecast Development:
  • o Own the end-to-end forecasting process, generating ski-level projections 24
  • months into the future to support strategic planning and decision making.
  • o Apply statistical models and forecasting tools to improve accuracy and
  • responsiveness.
  • • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
  • o Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Production teams to gather
  • insights and align forecasts with business goals.
  • • Data Analysis & Reporting:
  • o Analyze forecast accuracy and identify root causes of variance.
  • o Develop dashboards and reports to communicate forecast performance and key
  • metrics to stakeholders.
  • o Produce monthly reports including hours, rebate-related sales, and data
  • packages.
  • o Support strategic meetings through data preparation for Intro, SIOP, 5YP, and
  • SGI sessions.
  • • Inventory & Capacity Planning Support:
  • o Generate and analyze 3-month demand estimates and actuals to support
  • planning accuracy.
  • o Manage and maintain daily reporting on past due shipments, shipping
  • performance and cost/hours tracking.

  • • Continuous Improvement:
  • o Identify opportunities to enhance forecasting processes, tools, and systems.
  • o Stay current with industry best practices and emerging technologies in demand
  • planning.
  • • Position requires compliance with the Technology Control Plan and the Federal Export
  • Control Policy established for the Corporation.

Qualifications

  • • 4-year college degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Management,
  • Mathematics, or related field (master’s degree preferred).
  • • 5+ years of experience in forecasting, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analytics tools (prefer Power BI, AS400
  • Query, Reports Now).
  • • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • • Experience with SIOP processes and cross-functional collaboration
