- Essential Job Functions
- With or without reasonable accommodation, the successful candidate will:
- • Forecast Development:
- o Own the end-to-end forecasting process, generating ski-level projections 24
- months into the future to support strategic planning and decision making.
- o Apply statistical models and forecasting tools to improve accuracy and
- responsiveness.
- • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- o Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Production teams to gather
- insights and align forecasts with business goals.
- • Data Analysis & Reporting:
- o Analyze forecast accuracy and identify root causes of variance.
- o Develop dashboards and reports to communicate forecast performance and key
- metrics to stakeholders.
- o Produce monthly reports including hours, rebate-related sales, and data
- packages.
- o Support strategic meetings through data preparation for Intro, SIOP, 5YP, and
- SGI sessions.
- • Inventory & Capacity Planning Support:
- o Generate and analyze 3-month demand estimates and actuals to support
- planning accuracy.
- o Manage and maintain daily reporting on past due shipments, shipping
- performance and cost/hours tracking.

- • Continuous Improvement:
- o Identify opportunities to enhance forecasting processes, tools, and systems.
- o Stay current with industry best practices and emerging technologies in demand
- planning.
- • Position requires compliance with the Technology Control Plan and the Federal Export
- Control Policy established for the Corporation.
Qualifications
- • 4-year college degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Management,
- Mathematics, or related field (master’s degree preferred).
- • 5+ years of experience in forecasting, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analytics tools (prefer Power BI, AS400
- Query, Reports Now).
- • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- • Experience with SIOP processes and cross-functional collaboration
