• About the Role
• We are seeking an experienced Business Data Analyst to join a dynamic Business Intelligence team supporting enterprise-level business operations. This individual will work closely with business stakeholders to deliver advanced analytics, interactive dashboards, predictive models, and actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making.
• The ideal candidate has strong SQL expertise, experience with Power BI and/or Tableau, and a proven ability to translate complex data into meaningful business recommendations.

• Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, Mathematics, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or another quantitative discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in business intelligence, reporting, or data analytics.

• Experience partnering directly with business stakeholders to solve business problems using data.

• Power BI and/or Tableau (strong preference for experience with both)

Compensation

• Compensation: $60.00 – $65.00 per hour*
• This is the targeted compensation range for this role. Please note that this range is provided as a guideline and the final offer will be based on several factors, including but not limited to, skillset and competencies, level of experience, education, certifications, and location.
