Business Assurance Testing Analyst (Multiple Positions Available)

2. About the Opportunity:

The Business Assurance Testing Analyst role is responsible for overseeing business testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure that projects, releases, and system changes meet business needs and quality standards. This position plays a key role in validating solutions before deployment, coordinating across business and technical teams to support readiness and compliance.

3. Responsibilities:

• Lead business testing and UAT efforts from planning to completion.
• Develop and maintain test strategies, plans, cases, scripts, scenarios, and documentation.
• Coordinate UAT execution with business testers, subject matter experts, and stakeholders.
• Identify, document, track, escalate, and support resolution of defects and testing risks.
• Ensure traceability of requirements through test cases and validation activities.
• Use data analysis and reporting tools to monitor testing progress and support decisions.
• Communicate testing status, risks, results, and release readiness to stakeholders.
• Adhere to organizational mission, values, privacy policies, and code of conduct.
• Maintain regular and reliable attendance.
• Perform other management-assigned functions.

4. Requirements:

• Minimum five years of experience in test management, quality assurance, UAT, systems implementation, or related roles.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, information technology, healthcare administration, quality assurance, or related field; or equivalent experience.
• Intermediate experience in developing and executing test plans, cases, scripts, and documentation.
• Intermediate experience with functional, regression, integration, system, user acceptance, usability, and load/performance testing.
• Experience in defect identification, tracking, analysis, escalation, and resolution.
• Ability to interpret business and functional requirements and translate into test scenarios.
• Analytical, problem-solving, facilitation, change management, and communication skills.
• Experience with testing and/or automation management tools such as SQL, dashboards, Power BI, Azure DevOps.
• Ability to work prolonged periods at a workstation and travel as needed within the service region.

5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:

• Grade E3: Minimum: $62,400 - Maximum: $106,929
• Actual salary will vary based on experience, skills, education, and internal equity.
