About the Role

Reingold Inc. is seeking an experienced Research & Business Analytics Director to lead cross-functional research, analytics, and business intelligence initiatives. This leadership role combines business strategy, data analytics, program evaluation, and client consulting to deliver actionable insights that support executive decision-making and organizational growth. The ideal candidate has strong experience in research methodologies, business analytics, data visualization, team leadership, and stakeholder management, with the ability to translate complex data into strategic recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional research, analytics, and business intelligence projects.
• Design and execute research, discovery, and program evaluation initiatives.
• Analyze quantitative and qualitative data to generate actionable business insights.
• Build executive dashboards, reports, and performance metrics.
• Present analytical findings and strategic recommendations to senior leadership and clients.
• Lead and mentor analysts and technical team members.
• Translate business requirements into dashboards, automation, and reporting solutions.
• Develop data-driven strategies to improve organizational performance.
• Support proposal development and identify emerging business opportunities.
• Manage project budgets, timelines, risks, and stakeholder expectations.
• Improve reporting standards, data quality, and governance practices.
• Drive process improvement using analytics, automation, and AI technologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Social Science, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in business analytics, consulting, research, or account management.
• 2+ years of leadership or team management experience.
• Strong knowledge of research methodologies, survey design, and program evaluation.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (Pivot Tables, advanced formulas, charts).
• Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint and Word.
• Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
• Excellent project management and organizational abilities.
• Ability to obtain a U.S. Public Trust clearance.
