Seeking a Business Analyst with strong Workday, Benefits, Payroll, and integration troubleshooting experience. The consultant will analyze end-to-end employee and benefits transactions, identify integration issues, perform root-cause analysis, and coordinate with business, technical, and vendor teams to resolve problems.
Key Responsibilities
Troubleshoot Workday integrations with benefits, retirement, payroll, and external providers.
Analyze employee lifecycle transactions, including hires, transfers, compensation changes, benefits, payroll, and terminations.
Review integration files, data, mappings, logs, reports, and provider responses.
Identify whether issues are caused by data, configuration, integration logic, timing, or provider processing.
Partner with Workday, Benefits, Payroll, technical, and vendor teams on resolution.
Document findings, data flows, business rules, and recommended solutions.
Validate fixes and identify recurring issues or improvement opportunities.
Required Qualifications
3+ years Business Analysis experience with HCM ERP or complex integrations.
3+ years Workday experience, preferably HCM, Benefits, Payroll, and Integrations.
3+ years retirement/pension benefits administration experience.
3+ years enterprise ERP implementation, stabilization, or production support.
Strong integration troubleshooting, data analysis, communication, and problem-solving skills.
