- Role Overview:
- We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst / Product Owner with strong experience in Business Intelligence, reporting, dashboards, and requirements management. The ideal candidate will own the reporting workstream end-to-end, collaborate with business and technical teams, and drive delivery independently.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Own reporting and dashboard initiatives from intake through delivery.
- Define KPIs, report structures, filters, drill-downs, exports, and operational reporting requirements.
- Create report mockups, specifications, and functional documentation.
- Manage backlog prioritization and coordinate across multiple stakeholders.
- Lead discovery sessions, requirement reviews, demos, and stakeholder discussions.
- Collaborate with Power BI developers, SQL architects, QA teams, and business users.
- Translate operational requirements into scalable reporting and dashboard solutions.
- Required Skills:
- Strong Business Analysis and Product Ownership experience.
- Experience with BI reporting, dashboards, and Power BI environments.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Strong documentation, requirements gathering, and backlog management skills.
- Ability to work closely with technical teams on data mapping, report logic, and feasibility assessments.
- Self-starter with strong ownership and problem-solving capabilities.
- Preferred Qualifications:
- Tolling industry experience (highly preferred).
- Alternatively, experience in transportation, transaction processing, or other complex operational environments.
- Exposure to Power BI reporting solutions and SQL-based data environments.
- Ideal Profile:
- BI / Reporting Product Owner
- Senior Business Analyst with Power BI reporting experience
- Strong stakeholder-facing and documentation skills
- Experience working with developers, QA teams, operations, and client stakeholders
