Business Analyst with Power BI (Experience)

• Also needs: IT finance/budgeting knowledge and strong technical analyst experience.

• Business/Financial Analyst – Information Technology Partnership
• Seeking a Business/Financial Analyst experienced in partnering with Information Technology teams in an organization undergoing transformation. The ideal candidate brings strong strategic analytic capabilities and a background in improving budgeting, forecasting, and financial processes within complex environments. Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in financial analysis or related fields.
• Strong experience with Excel and Power BI.
• Experience with Peoplesoft and Hyperion a plus.
• Experience with automation a plus: VBA, Power Query or Power Automate.
• Strong financial modeling, variance analysis, and workflow analysis.
• Proven ability to work effectively across teams and communicate clearly.
• High attention to detail with strong organizational skills.
• Comfortably operating independently in an evolving business environment.
