We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst with a strong Capital Markets background. The candidate will work with business and technical teams to gather requirements, analyze processes, and support the delivery of financial applications.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of Business Analyst experience
• Strong Capital Markets domain knowledge
• Experience with trade lifecycle, trading, or investment banking
• Requirements gathering, BRD/FRD, and user stories
• Agile/Scrum methodology
• SQL, JIRA, and Confluence
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
