Viyahe is expanding its remote team with a Business Analyst working across technology-enabled travel booking, live-agent support, business travel, traveler service, software, data, and digital operations. The Business Analyst will analyze business requirements, processes, and systems and translate them into workable improvements. The opening is full time, fully remote, and open to candidates throughout the United States.

What You'll Work On

• Meet with stakeholders to understand business problems, process requirements, data needs, and expected outcomes in the Business Analyst role at Viyahe.
• Document current and future workflows, requirements, business rules, integrations, and acceptance criteria as part of the Business Analyst role at Viyahe.
• Analyze system behavior, process gaps, data issues, or configuration needs and recommend practical solutions across travel technology and traveler support in this Business Analyst position.
• Support configuration, testing, user acceptance, implementation, and post-launch issue resolution for the Viyahe team as part of Business Analyst work.
• Maintain requirements, process maps, decision logs, test evidence, and system documentation while supporting travel technology and traveler support in the Business Analyst role at Viyahe.
• Translate between business and technical teams so requirements, constraints, and priorities remain clear as part of day-to-day Business Analyst responsibilities at Viyahe.
