Job Summary

Seeking a Business Analyst Veeva Migration to support the planning, migration, validation, and post-go-live activities for Veeva Vault eTMF. The ideal candidate should understand clinical operations, TMF processes, document metadata, data migration, and GxP-compliant systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and document business and functional requirements for Veeva eTMF migration.
• Support source-to-target mapping, metadata review, document classification, and migration readiness.
• Develop requirements, process flows, test scenarios, and traceability documentation.
• Support data migration, reconciliation, validation testing, UAT, and defect resolution.
• Work with Clinical Operations, TMF, Quality, IT, Veeva, and migration vendors.
• Support Veeva configuration related to document types, workflows, lifecycles, permissions, and metadata.
• Perform data quality checks and support go-live, hypercare, and post-migration activities.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Business Analyst / Functional Analyst experience in Life Sciences or GxP environments.
• Hands-on experience with Veeva Vault Clinical Operations/eTMF.
• Experience with eTMF migration, metadata mapping, reconciliation, and validation testing.
• Strong understanding of TMF processes, TMF Reference Model, GxP, 21 CFR Part 11, Annex 11, and data integrity.
• Experience with UAT, defect management, go-live, and hypercare.
• Strong documentation, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred: Veeva Vault Loader, migration tools, IQVIA eTMF or other legacy eTMF migration experience, Jira/ALM/ServiceNow.

Must-have: Veeva Vault eTMF + eTMF Migration + Life Sciences/GxP experience.
