Experience supporting sourcing, supply chain, finance, or analytical initiatives
Strong experience working with data, analysis, and reporting
Experience owning workstreams end-to-end with limited supervision
Experience using tools and systems to improve efficiency and outputs, including AI & Automation tools
Advanced Excel and financial modeling, Python a plus
Data visualization tools (Power BI, etc.)
Basic SQL or data querying preferred
Experience with automation tools (macros, scripting, or workflow tools)
Experience using AI-enabled tools for analysis, reporting, or workflow improvement
Ability to identify and implement small-scale automation solutions
