- About the Opportunity
- The Business Analyst, Technical Enablement serves as the primary liaison between clients and the technical team, translating client requirements into actionable specifications. This role leads discovery sessions, advises clients on optimal solutions, and coordinates with internal teams to maintain project alignment. The position directly contributes to client satisfaction and project success by managing expectations and facilitating smooth delivery.
- Responsibilities
- • Serve as the primary contact for client managed service provider accounts, managing communication, timelines, and deliverables.
- • Lead client discovery sessions to gather, clarify, and document business requirements.
- • Translate business needs into clear, actionable specifications for the technical team.
- • Advise clients on standard functionality versus custom solutions to maximize platform value.
- • Coordinate with Technical Consultants, Client Success, and leadership to keep projects on schedule and resolve issues.
- Requirements
- • 3–5 years of experience as a business analyst, requirements analyst, or client-facing consultant in SaaS, fintech, or professional services.
- • Proven ability to independently lead client meetings and translate business needs into actionable plans.
- • Experience managing multiple concurrent client engagements with strong organizational and time-management skills.
- • Familiarity with CRM platforms, preferably Salesforce.
- Pay Range and Compensation Package
- • Competitive salary: $75,000–$95,000 per year.
