- Job Summary
- The Business Analyst will support operational and business processes by maintaining vendor relationships, tracking project activities, performing quality assurance reviews, and supporting field operations. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently while coordinating with multiple teams.
- Key Responsibilities
- Review Survey123 exceptions and identify data discrepancies.
- Develop an understanding of survey information stored in Workforce, Survey123, and BigQuery databases.
- Gain working knowledge of SAP and Power BI systems.
- Perform QA reviews on Workforce and Survey123 records.
- Respond to inspection audit requests and support compliance activities.
- Track inspection assignments and ensure work is properly allocated.
- Coordinate loading of additional work into Workforce as needed.
- Learn and troubleshoot Workforce and Survey123 mobile applications used in the field.
- Monitor completed surveys and track active contractors by region.
- Support additional business and operational tasks as assigned.

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Knowledge of business and management principles, strategic planning, and resource allocation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to apply accounting and mathematical concepts when needed.
- Experience analyzing business trends and forecasting outcomes.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Experience with enterprise applications is a plus.
- Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Economics, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- 5–7 years of relevant Business Analyst experience.
