Job Description:

• The Business Analyst will be responsible for supporting Commercial Lending transformation initiatives by researching, documenting, and validating business processes and controls.
• This role will work closely with business process owners to understand how project changes impact existing workflows and controls.
• This position will focus on identifying and documenting current-state processes, maintaining control traceability, and ensuring all controls are properly validated before project releases and go-live.
• The Business Analyst will also partner with internal stakeholders and second line of defense teams to support control reviews and sign-offs.
• The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable coordinating with multiple teams across the business. This role requires strong communication skills, technical understanding of systems and integrations, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. 5+ years of experience.
