Talento PriceTravel Holding is hiring a Business Analyst for work spanning recruiting and people operations for a travel distribution and ecommerce organization, along with customer and business support. The person in this role will analyze business requirements, processes, and systems and translate them into workable improvements. This full-time position is 100% remote and open to candidates throughout the United States.

What You'll Support

• Meet with stakeholders to understand business problems, process requirements, data needs, and expected outcomes in the Business Analyst role at Talento PriceTravel Holding.
• Document current and future workflows, requirements, business rules, integrations, and acceptance criteria as part of the Business Analyst role at Talento PriceTravel Holding.
• Analyze system behavior, process gaps, data issues, or configuration needs and recommend practical solutions across recruiting and travel-business support in this Business Analyst position.
• Support configuration, testing, user acceptance, implementation, and post-launch issue resolution for the Talento PriceTravel Holding team as part of Business Analyst work.
• Maintain requirements, process maps, decision logs, test evidence, and system documentation while supporting recruiting and travel-business support in the Business Analyst role at Talento PriceTravel Holding.
• Translate between business and technical teams so requirements, constraints, and priorities remain clear as part of day-to-day Business Analyst responsibilities at Talento PriceTravel Holding.

Experience & Skills

• Strong requirements-gathering, process-analysis, documentation, and stakeholder-communication skills for the Business Analyst opening at Talento PriceTravel Holding.
• Comfort working with business systems, data, integrations, testing, and issue-tracking tools.
• Ability to break complex problems into clear requirements and testable outcomes.
• Strong analytical judgment and disciplined documentation.
• Experience with process mapping, systems analysis, or business analysis is preferred.
• A pre-employment background check is required.
