About The Role
The Senior Business Systems Analyst for Revenue Systems at Gusto will play a pivotal role in optimizing and scaling the company's revenue-related technology ecosystem. This position involves leading system enhancements, managing integrations, and partnering with cross-functional teams to improve operational efficiency and support Gusto’s growth objectives. The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience in Salesforce and GTM tools, possess strategic thinking capabilities, and demonstrate a passion for leveraging AI to accelerate business processes. This role requires a proactive approach to managing complex systems, delivering impactful projects, and championing change communication to ensure seamless user adoption. As a key member of the Unified Service Platform team, the analyst will contribute to building a unified, AI-driven ecosystem that enhances the overall customer and employee experience.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst supporting Revenue organizations, with a focus on Salesforce solutions.
- 4+ years of strategic Salesforce ownership, including platform vision, roadmap development, and governance.
- Deep knowledge of GTM tools such as Salesforce, NICE CXOne, Chili Piper, RingLead, ZoomInfo, and CPQ.
- Experience managing integrated third-party applications and ecosystems end-to-end.
- Proficiency with AI tools (e.g., Claude, Copilot) and eagerness to develop AI fluency.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze processes and data to deliver scalable solutions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills across diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Preferred certifications include Salesforce Administrator, Platform App Builder, or Sales Cloud Consultant.
Responsibilities
- Drive platform excellence by leading system improvements through requirements gathering, configuration, and support for Salesforce and related tools.
- Manage cross-functional projects to implement new systems, reduce inefficiencies, and deliver measurable organizational impact.
- Oversee the integration ecosystem, ensuring seamless connectivity between applications like NICE CXOne, Chili Piper, RingLead, and others.
- Partner with stakeholders to define and execute the roadmap for revenue systems, aligning technology with business goals.
- Design and maintain user-friendly experiences within Salesforce Service and Sales Clouds, promoting adoption and usability.
- Own the lead-to-cash process, ensuring end-to-end integrity across the revenue lifecycle.
- Communicate platform changes effectively to end users and stakeholders, driving clarity, engagement, and adoption.
- Leverage AI tools to accelerate development, generate solutions, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
