- IT Business Analyst (ERP)
- A growing manufacturing organization is seeking an experienced IT Business Analyst (ERP) to support and lead ERP and enterprise application initiatives across multiple business units in North America. This role serves as a key liaison between business operations and IT, ensuring successful implementation, optimization, and support of ERP systems and related technologies in both manufacturing and distribution environments.

- Key Responsibilities
- Lead ERP implementation and enhancement projects across business operations.
- Analyze and understand manufacturing and distribution business processes to support system alignment and operational efficiency.
- Partner with business stakeholders to drive adoption of standardized processes and enterprise application solutions.
- Collaborate with leadership teams and cross-functional departments to ensure successful ERP and IT project execution.
- Manage ERP and IT-related projects utilizing established project management methodologies and tools.
- Develop functional requirements, process documentation, and solution recommendations.
- Create, test, and validate system enhancement requests and implementation-related tickets.
- Troubleshoot and resolve ERP-related technical and functional issues.
- Coordinate with infrastructure, support, and other IT teams to ensure effective technology service delivery.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives related to enterprise applications and business systems.
- Up to 20% domestic and international travel
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience working with ERP systems, preferably in a Manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing and distribution business processes.
- Experience with additional enterprise systems such as MRP, TMS, and CRM platforms.
- Experience with database technologies including MSSQL, MySQL, or similar platforms.
- Demonstrated experience managing projects, timelines, and budgets.
- Familiarity with both Agile and Waterfall project methodologies.
- Experience supporting ERP implementations, migrations, and system integrations.
- Software development knowledge or background is considered a plus.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and end-user support skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and drive projects to completion.
- Work Environment & Travel
- Up to 20% domestic and international travel
- Primarily office-based with extended periods working at a computer.
- Ability to occasionally lift up to 15 pounds.
