Job Title: Business Analyst
Location: Boston, MA (Hybrid)
Job Summary: We are seeking a Business Analyst to support reporting and analysis for partner stores, helping turn data into clear insights that inform business decisions. Our team is looking for a detail-oriented professional who can collaborate closely with key stakeholders and contribute to high-impact analytical work in a fast-moving environment.
Responsibilities
Manage reporting and analysis for partner stores, ensuring data is organized and actionable.
Collaborate closely with the hiring manager, stores excellence leadership, and global partners stakeholders.
Support data validation, cleaning, and ongoing analysis to maintain accuracy and consistency.
Contribute to BI-related workflows and assist with connecting data to other tools where needed.
Required:
At least 2 years of experience in business analysis or data analytics.
Experience from Retail Industry.
Bachelor’s degree required, with the right experience considered more important than formal education alone.
Advanced Excel skills.
Experience with BI tools, with Tableau or Sigma preferred.
