Job Title: Business Systems Analyst

Location: Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania (On-Site)

Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to support retail lending service applications through analysis, communication, and coordination with application owners. Our team is representing a contract opportunity with the potential to convert to a full-time employee if a need becomes available, offering a meaningful path for candidates who want to contribute in a structured, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Gather user lists and perform analysis to support application-related work.
• Communicate with application owners and help drive execution of their decisions.
• Support assigned applications on a monthly basis for retail lending service applications.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders in a fully in-office setting with flexible start times.

Required

• 1-3 years of experience.
• Strong Excel skills.
• Analytical mindset with Microsoft Office proficiency.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to give and receive feedback.
• High school diploma plus work experience.
