Business Analyst (Sr) - Service Management/HR

2. About the Opportunity:

The Business Analyst (Sr) - Service Management/HR role supports the SAP application system and related software tools within Sales, Service, and HR functional areas. This position ensures effective use and continuous improvement of these systems by providing support, training, and enhancements that align with business needs. The role contributes to the organization by facilitating process improvements and system functionality to optimize operational efficiency.

3. Responsibilities:

• Support SAP application system users including installation, configuration, and problem resolution.
• Provide second and third level help desk support and conduct user training.
• Participate in the implementation and upgrade of SAP modules and related software.
• Serve as liaison between business users, software vendors, and IT teams.
• Analyze and document business requirements and prepare functional specifications for system enhancements.
• Advise on suitable solutions including SAP functionality, reporting tools, and process changes.
• Assist in designing business processes, procedures, and training materials.
• Conduct testing and quality assurance of system functions, reports, and documentation.
• Lead projects or teams within functional areas such as sales, service management, construction management, and HR as needed.

4. Requirements:

• 3 to 5+ years of leadership experience.
• 5+ years of experience in Service or HR functions.
• 8 to 12 months of SAP S/4 HANA implementation experience.
• Over 3 years as a SAP Super User in relevant disciplines.
• Strong customer service skills and adaptability.
• At least 2 years of project management experience.
• Ability to understand diverse business and user requirements.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Fluent in English.
• Knowledge of business operations and deep understanding of SAP capabilities.
• Proficient in analysis, design, testing, project management, communication, and reporting tools.
• Basic understanding of IT communication networks.

5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:

The salary range for this position generally ranges between $105,000 and $125,000, depending on qualifications and other factors.
