About The Opportunity

Smartly Technologies is adding a Business Analyst to its team supporting managed IT, cybersecurity, cloud services, software and web delivery, technical support, systems, data, projects, and customer service. The Business Analyst will analyze business requirements, processes, and systems and translate them into workable improvements. The opening is full time, fully remote, and open to candidates throughout the United States.

What You'll Work On

• Meet with stakeholders to understand business problems, process requirements, data needs, and expected outcomes in the Business Analyst role at Smartly Technologies.
• Document current and future workflows, requirements, business rules, integrations, and acceptance criteria as part of the Business Analyst role at Smartly Technologies.
• Analyze system behavior, process gaps, data issues, or configuration needs and recommend practical solutions across managed IT and technical delivery in this Business Analyst position.
• Support configuration, testing, user acceptance, implementation, and post-launch issue resolution for the Smartly Technologies team as part of Business Analyst work.
• Maintain requirements, process maps, decision logs, test evidence, and system documentation while supporting managed IT and technical delivery in the Business Analyst role at Smartly Technologies.
• Translate between business and technical teams so requirements, constraints, and priorities remain clear as part of day-to-day Business Analyst responsibilities at Smartly Technologies.

Skills & Experience

• Strong requirements-gathering, process-analysis, documentation, and stakeholder-communication skills for the Business Analyst opening at Smartly Technologies.
• Comfort working with business systems, data, integrations, testing, and issue-tracking tools.
• Ability to break complex problems into clear requirements and testable outcomes.
• Strong analytical judgment and disciplined documentation.
• Experience with process mapping, systems analysis, or business analysis is preferred.
• A pre-employment background check is required.
