As a Project Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in safeguarding customer data and ensuring robust compliance across the organization. This position offers a unique chance to blend your analytical prowess with project coordination skills, directly contributing to the integrity and trust our customers place in us. You’ll be instrumental in supporting key privacy initiatives, driving forward essential projects, and shaping best practices in a dynamic environment.
What You’ll Do
- Support privacy compliance initiatives and data protection projects across the organization
- Assist senior project managers and product owners with task-level project coordination
- Conduct research and analysis on privacy regulations and industry best practices
- Help maintain project documentation, timelines, and stakeholder communications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and track project progress
- Perform data analysis and reporting to support privacy and compliance efforts
- Assist with risk assessments and gap analyses related to privacy programs
- Support the development and implementation of privacy policies and procedures
- Handle smaller-scale projects and discrete tasks within larger workstreams
What You’ll Bring
- Familiarity with privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA, CPRA) or data governance concepts
- Experience with project management tools (Jira, Asana, Monday.com, etc.)
- Basic knowledge of the energy sector or regulated industries
- Previous experience in compliance, risk management, or privacy-related roles
- Demonstrated growth mindset and eagerness to learn new skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Legal Studies, or related field
- 3 years of experience in analysis, project coordination, or similar role
- Understanding of project management principles and methodologies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
