Role Description

We are looking for a Business Analyst based in Cambridge, MA, with some work-from-home flexibility, for a minimum of 6 months. The project will have flexibility in time and working hours but we are targeting between 30-40 hours a week, with an opportunity for more hours depending on the project cycle. The Business Analyst will be responsible for working with internal and external teams to analyze data from project execution, gathering and documenting project reports and presentations, and supporting the delivery of project requirements. Daily tasks will include conducting detailed data analysis, creating business process models, liaising with stakeholders to identify needs, and developing comprehensive reports to guide business decisions.

Qualifications

• US Citizen or US Green Card Holders are mandatory
• Industrial Manufacturing, Supply Chain or Industrial Engineering Experience is preferred
• Strong Analytical Skills and Business Analysis experience
• Expertise in defining and documenting Business Outcomes and Results
• Excellent Communication skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams
• Detail-oriented and highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Bachelor’s degree
• Proficiency in analytical tools and software
