Business Analyst

About The Role

The role operates at the intersection of business systems, data analytics, and operational strategy to optimize revenue performance and business processes. This individual will partner directly with Sales, Marketing, and Finance leadership to translate complex business needs into scalable technical solutions.

The position sits within a high-velocity operations team and is responsible for maintaining the integrity of CRM data, designing automated workflows, and delivering actionable business intelligence that drives strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and maintain scalable business processes and automation workflows within Salesforce and integrated systems
• Build and maintain operational dashboards in Tableau or PowerBI to track key performance indicators, revenue metrics, and pipeline health
• Conduct deep-dive statistical analysis on operational data to identify bottlenecks, churn risks, and expansion opportunities
• Write complex SQL queries to extract, transform, and clean messy data from multiple source systems for executive reporting
• Lead cross-functional requirements-gathering sessions to document current-state processes and define technical specifications for system enhancements
• Establish and enforce data governance standards, conducting regular audits of system data to ensure maximum data quality and compliance

What We Are Looking For

• 3–6 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Revenue Operations Analyst, or Sales Operations Analyst
• Strong proficiency with SQL and deep experience working with relational databases to query large datasets
• Hands-on administrative experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce) and business intelligence tools (Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker)
• Proven track record of building automated workflows and translating business requirements into technical system designs
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field
• Bonus: Salesforce Administrator certification or basic scripting experience in Python or R
