Business Analyst

About The Role

This role sits at the intersection of business systems, data analysis, and process optimization. The focus is on translating business needs into technical specifications and data-driven solutions that drive commercial and operational efficiency.

The position collaborates closely with engineering, finance, and revenue operations teams to maintain internal databases, optimize core SaaS tooling, and deliver actionable business intelligence dashboards that steer executive decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain automated business dashboards and reports in Tableau or Power BI to track key performance indicators and revenue metrics
• Analyze complex datasets using SQL to identify operational bottlenecks, customer churn patterns, and system performance issues
• Map current-state business processes, gather technical requirements from cross-functional stakeholders, and document future-state system architectures
• Manage and optimize CRM systems (Salesforce) and integrated business applications to ensure data hygiene, smooth API connections, and process compliance
• Lead end-to-end user acceptance testing (UAT) for system upgrades, custom objects, and automation workflow deployments
• Partner with data engineering to structure, clean, and pipe transactional data from raw sources into centralized data warehouses like Snowflake

What We Are Looking For

• 3–6 years of experience working as a Business Analyst, Revenue Operations Analyst, or in a similar data-driven systems role
• Strong proficiency in writing and optimizing SQL queries to manipulate large, relational datasets
• Hands-on experience configuring CRM platforms (Salesforce ADM-201 certification or equivalent experience is highly preferred)
• Proven track record of building production-grade dashboards in BI platforms such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field
• Bonus: Experience with Python for basic data cleaning (Pandas), or experience working within a high-growth SaaS business model
