POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking an Elite Senior Business Analyst with a decade of specialized experience in the Energy & Utilities sector to support critical, onsite billing operations in Miami, FL. Sitting within the core Customer Systems function, this role acts as the vital bridge between complex billing workflows and IT systems execution. The ideal candidate brings mastery over SAP IS-U and the Meter-to-Cash lifecycle, driving the resolution of intricate billing discrepancies, building robust documentation, and pioneering AI-driven tools like Microsoft Copilot to optimize data validation and system workflows.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• ✔️Lead Billing Operations Support: Formulate, execute, and manage complex billing activities, ensuring all deep-dive data analysis and resolution tasks are completed within strict operational timelines.
• ✔️Provide SAP IS-U Expertise: Deliver high-level functional expertise across SAP IS-U and CIS platforms to diagnose, troubleshoot, and permanently resolve systematic billing bottlenecks and data anomalies.
• ✔️Drive Advanced Problem-Solving: Leverage elite analytical skills and advanced Excel modeling to decompose complex multi-tiered billing discrepancies into clear, actionable technical components for remediation.
• ✔️Pioneer AI Workflow Integration: Utilize AI-enabled platforms (including Microsoft Copilot) to accelerate data troubleshooting, validate billing runs, and actively collaborate with IT to bake AI-driven efficiency into legacy utility workflows.
• ✔️Manage Cross-Functional Agile Execution: Orchestrate daily coordination with IT engineering, vendor partners, and business stakeholders, tracking development velocity and project dependencies using JIRA, Qmetry, and Teams.
• ✔️Own Business Process Design: Conduct quantitative and qualitative research to support mid-to-large scale utility projects, transforming operational findings into comprehensive process documentation, system workflows, and continuous improvement designs.
