Business Analyst

• Job Title: Business Analyst (SaaS / Dealer Management Systems)
• Location: Fully Remote
• Duration: 3–6 Month Contract
• Hours: 40 hours/week
• Overview
• We are seeking a Business Analyst to support the implementation and optimization of a SaaS-based Dealer Management System (DMS). This individual will partner with business stakeholders and technical teams to gather requirements, improve business processes, and ensure successful delivery of system enhancements and implementations.
• Responsibilities
• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
• Act as the liaison between business users, technical teams, and third-party vendors.
• Support implementation and configuration of a SaaS Dealer Management System.
• Analyze current business processes and recommend improvements to increase efficiency.
• Create process flows, user stories, use cases, and functional specifications.
• Facilitate requirements gathering sessions, workshops, and stakeholder meetings.
• Coordinate and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and issue resolution.
• Assist with system integrations, data validation, and deployment activities.
• Provide documentation, training materials, and post-implementation support.
• Required Qualifications
• 3+ years of Business Analyst experience.
• Experience working with SaaS applications.
• Previous experience with Dealer Management Systems (DMS).
• Strong requirements gathering, documentation, and business process mapping skills.
• Experience working with cross-functional business and technical teams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies.
• Preferred Qualifications
• Experience supporting dealership operations or the automotive, equipment, powersports, or manufacturing industries.
• Familiarity with system implementations, integrations, and data migrations.
• Experience with tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Visio, or similar BA tools.
• This is an excellent opportunity to join a collaborative team supporting a high-impact SaaS initiative focused on modernizing dealer operations. The initial engagement is expected to last 3–6 months, with a standard 40-hour work week.

The pay range for this position is 40 to 41hr W2. Benefits available to contract/temporary professionals include medical, vision, dental, and life and disability insurance.
