2. About the Opportunity:
The Business Analyst role is central to bridging client needs with technical solutions. This position involves analyzing and improving business processes to align with technological strategies, facilitating clear communication between clients and technical teams, and ensuring project objectives are accurately translated into system designs. The role contributes to enhancing the impact of healthcare technology initiatives by supporting effective project execution.
3. Responsibilities:
- • Analyze, plan, design, document, and recommend improvements to business processes.
- • Serve as a liaison among clients, project managers, and technical teams to define and communicate business requirements.
- • Build conceptual data and process models to clarify requirements and expected impacts.
- • Create, execute, and analyze test scenarios to validate system design against client requirements.
- • Participate in technical reviews to ensure project goals are maintained throughout development phases.
4. Requirements:
- • Minimum of three years experience translating technical goals into actionable plans.
- • Knowledge of basic computer programming concepts, including configuration, development, and batch processing.
- • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and quantitative analysis tools.
- • Strong analytical and business process re-engineering capabilities.
- • Effective written, oral communication, and presentation skills tailored to business and technical audiences.
- • Ability to influence and motivate teams and communicate technical concepts clearly.
5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:
- • The pay range for this position is $55,600.00 to $79,400.00 per year, with variations based on geographic region, internal equity, knowledge, skills, and experience.
