2. About the Opportunity:
The Business Analyst acts as a liaison for business stakeholders, managing and refining a prioritized backlog for multiple agile scrum teams. This role is critical for translating business needs into actionable development tasks, ensuring solutions align with customer objectives, and supporting mission-driven outcomes.
3. Responsibilities:
- • Manage and groom a combined prioritized backlog for multiple agile scrum teams.
- • Develop detailed understanding of business processes, user profiles, objectives, and priorities.
- • Communicate business needs to development teams through user stories.
- • Elicit requirements and identify process improvements.
- • Develop business process flows and mockups.
4. Requirements:
- • Bachelor’s degree in a business discipline or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience as a business analyst or working with technical teams.
- • At least 1 year experience with requirements management tools such as Jira, Azure, or DevSecOps.
- • Experience modeling business processes, eliciting requirements, and developing solution visions.
- • Leadership and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with partners and clients.
- • Experience working in agile scrum development environments.
- • Ability to demonstrate solution features, share knowledge, and guide tools and processes.
- • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills, including report writing.
- • US Citizenship required.
5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:
• The pay range for this position in specified states and cities is $64,000 to $124,200 USD.
