AI Training Analyst – English & Korean

About the Role

• Turing is seeking bilingual English and Korean analysts to help fine-tune and improve large language models (LLMs). In this fully remote contractor role, you will analyse content, conduct online research, validate claims, create training scenarios, and provide correct answers and explanations that help AI models improve their reasoning and analytical capabilities.
• This role is suited to self-motivated, detail-oriented professionals who enjoy research, logical problem-solving, creative thinking, and working independently in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer analytical questions and create scenarios to train and improve LLMs.
• Read, summarise, and break down large content into smaller logical sections.
• Conduct online research and validate claims made in content.
• Work with LLMs to solve analytical and logic-based puzzles.
• Provide correct answers and clear explanations to support model learning.
• Create detailed annotations and constructive feedback.
• Support the development of AI capabilities in reasoning, analysis, and problem-solving.

Required Qualifications

• Multilingual capability in English and Korean.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or undergraduate study in Engineering, Literature, Journalism, Communications, Arts, Statistics, or a related field.
• Professional writing experience, such as Business Analyst, Research Analyst, Copywriter, Journalist, Technical Writer, Editor, or Translator.
• Understanding of Excel and Google Suite.
• Proficiency in data interpretation, logical reasoning, and basic arithmetic.
• Candidates without a Bachelor’s degree may be considered if they have relevant experience.
