Our client is looking for a Business Analyst for a hybrid contract opportunity located in Phoenix, AZ.

Responsibilities

Role Summary Seeking an experienced professional to collaborate with business units to gather, analyze, and document requirements, serving as a liaison between IT and stakeholders to align on project goals and deliverables.

Core Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business units to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
• Translate business needs into functional specifications and work with developers to implement scalable solutions.
• Serve as a liaison between IT and business stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project goals and deliverables.
• Perform gap analysis and identify areas for process improvement using platform tools and capabilities.
• Support configuration and testing of platform features such as custom data structures, workflow automations, validation rules, and reporting tools.
• Assist in managing projects and enhancements, ensuring timely delivery and compliance with business needs.
• Develop and maintain detailed process flows, data maps, and documentation.
• Conduct user training sessions and support change management efforts.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of platform capabilities and recommend best practices.

Qualifications

Qualifications & Requirements

5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or IT Analyst, with at least 2 years working with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) or enterprise platforms.

Proven experience in gathering and documenting business and technical requirements.

Strong understanding of sales, service, or other core enterprise modules.

Ability to work with cross-functional teams in a collaborative environment.

Working experience with Agile methodologies (SCRUM / SAFe) and tracking tools like JIRA or Azure DevOps.

Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Certified Administrator or Business Analyst credentials.

Experience with data migration, integration tools, or system APIs.

Knowledge of advanced reporting and dashboard tools.
