Responsibilities

Responsibilities

• Seeks opportunities for improvement within the department. Supports department-level analytics and reporting tasks.
• Supports local teams to expand services and acceptance footprints. Boards new partners on to network.
• Provides day-to-day support for issuers, issuer processors, network-to-network partners and program managers by researching complex situations and supporting the participants on all aspects of operations, and managing participant operational relationships.
• Supports participants through the release process by managing and coordinating certification, ensures the participants are in compliance with operating rules and regulations, and engages the participants to support key initiatives.

Qualifications

H.S. Diploma or GED

2+ years experience with Payments, financial services, or related

In lieu of education, 4+ years experience with Payments, financial services, or related
