Serve as the bridge between Webster's business stakeholders and the V4C development team, translating business needs into clear, actionable technical requirements.
Lead requirements gathering sessions and develop "good enough" Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), process flows, and workflow diagrams that enable efficient execution.
Partner with developers throughout delivery to clarify requirements, remove ambiguity, and support testing, UAT, and production readiness.
Communicate effectively with business process owners and technical teams, facilitating discussions and driving alignment across stakeholders.
Financial services and/or banking experience strongly preferred, with the ability to understand regulatory reporting concepts and speak the language of the business.
