We are looking for an experienced Product Analyst / Business Analyst with strong Mortgage industry experience to join a leading financial services client in McLean, VA.

🔹 Experience Required: 8-10 Years

✅ Required Skills:

• • Strong Product Analysis / Business Analysis experience
• • Mortgage domain expertise
• • User Interface (UI) Design & Analysis
• • IMS Database knowledge
• • CICS experience
• • PostgreSQL Database knowledge
• • Advanced SQL skills
• • Experience writing Jira stories, acceptance criteria, and test cases
• • Strong stakeholder communication and coordination skills
• • Excellent Excel and documentation skills

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• • Analyze existing CICS screen flows and IMS database structures
• • Map business requirements to system functionality
• • Collaborate with business stakeholders to validate analysis and requirements
• • Design UI solutions aligned with business needs in coordination with UX teams
• • Analyze PostgreSQL databases and identify appropriate data requirements
• • Define data retrieval logic based on business rules
• • Create and manage Jira stories, acceptance criteria, and test scenarios
• • Support development teams by clarifying requirements and approaches
• • Validate test results and ensure acceptance criteria are met
• • Work closely with Product Owners to achieve PI objectives
• • Track cross-functional action items and drive timely closure
