Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to support enterprise business process analysis, requirements gathering, process improvement, modernization, migration, and testing initiatives.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience analyzing complex business processes, working directly with executives and subject matter experts, documenting detailed requirements, developing process models, and translating business needs into actionable technical specifications.
Excellent communication, documentation, analytical, and presentation skills are essential.

Key Responsibilities
Research and analyze business processes, dependencies, workflows, and cross-functional interactions.
Facilitate requirements-gathering sessions with business stakeholders, executives, and subject matter experts.
Document business requirements, technical specifications, use cases, business rules, workflows, and other analysis artifacts.
Develop current-state and future-state process models and identify opportunities for process improvement.
Perform gap analysis and support business process redesign, modernization, remediation, migration, and system sunset initiatives.
Translate business goals and objectives into clear, measurable requirements for application, infrastructure, and solution development.
Collaborate with technical and functional teams to evaluate solution approaches and support future-state architecture and modernization initiatives.
Plan, prepare, and support functional, regression, integration, data validation, load, and performance testing activities.
Support data migration initiatives, including validation and quality assurance activities.
Prepare business cases, feasibility studies, executive presentations, and decision-support materials.
Analyze complex information from multiple sources and convert it into clear, actionable insights.
Prepare executive-ready materials covering business value, risks, feasibility, alignment, and modernization considerations.
Support change and release management activities as required.
Maintain requirements, documentation, and project artifacts using enterprise collaboration and documentation tools.

Required Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of experience in business process analysis and requirements documentation.
Demonstrated ability to independently facilitate sessions with executives and subject matter experts.
Strong experience with process mapping/modeling, preferably using Microsoft Visio.
Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Experience with data migration practices.
Knowledge of software testing and quality assurance techniques.
Experience with functional, regression, integration, data validation, load, or performance testing.
Experience with change and release management.
Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
Experience using SharePoint and Microsoft Teams for collaboration and document management.
Strong analytical, documentation, presentation, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Azure DevOps for managing requirements, user stories, and backlogs.
Exposure to Power BI.
Knowledge of Florida Administrative Code, particularly Rules 60GG-1 through 60GG-5.
Experience supporting enterprise modernization, remediation, migration, or system sunset initiatives.
Experience with business process redesign, gap analysis, and future-state process development.
