Business Analyst – Oracle Transportation Management (OTM)

We're supporting a major retail supply chain transformation programme and are looking to appoint an experienced Business Analyst with strong Transportation Management System (TMS) experience to join a large Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) implementation.

This is an opportunity to play a key role in a high-profile enterprise transformation programme, working across logistics, transportation, merchandising, distribution, inventory planning and IT to deliver meaningful operational change.

The programme has now entered the build phase, with the successful candidate taking ownership of business process alignment, stakeholder engagement, UAT preparation and business readiness activities.

• What you'll be doing
• Facilitate workshops with business and technical stakeholders.
• Validate and refine future-state business processes.
• Gather and document business requirements.
• Drive cross-functional process alignment across multiple business functions.
• Participate in Conference Room Pilot (CRP), integration and data mapping sessions.
• Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) planning and execution.
• Support business readiness, cutover planning and go-live activities.
• Coordinate business issue resolution during implementation and stabilisation.

• What we're looking for
• You'll ideally bring:
• Previous Business Analyst experience on Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) or another leading Transportation Management System.
• Strong understanding of transportation, logistics and supply chain operations.
• Experience facilitating workshops and engaging business stakeholders.
• Excellent process mapping and business process redesign skills.
• Experience gathering and documenting business requirements.
• Exposure to system integrations and enterprise implementations.
• UAT planning and execution experience.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working within consulting-led delivery environments.

• Location
• Hybrid role based within Central / Eastern Illinois, with travel expected every other week, increasing during UAT, cutover and go-live.
