Business Analyst (Only for US Citizen/GC/H4EAD)

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with 8+ years of experience in gathering business requirements, analyzing business processes, and supporting the delivery of enterprise technology solutions. The ideal candidate will collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, developers, and QA teams to translate business needs into functional requirements, support Agile development, and ensure successful project delivery.

Required Skills:

• 8+ years of Business Analysis experience
• Strong requirements gathering and documentation skills
• Agile/Scrum methodology
• SQL for data analysis and validation
• Jira, Confluence, and Visio
• UAT coordination and stakeholder management
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
• Create BRDs, FRDs, user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to support Agile/Scrum development.
• Perform data analysis and validation using SQL.
• Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and assist with production deployments.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend technology solutions.
